Mentone, Australia MAK Supports Full time

This role focuses on building great relationships with NDIS Coordinators, Hospitals, Social Worker to bring NDIS Participants to MAK Supports.

You are a socially driven person and you’re looking for a role where you can make an impact and genuinely help people with disabilities on their path for better care with MAK Supports.

Job responsibilities:

- Updating client information
- Booking meeting and schedule appointment
- Working with the client regarding the query - troubleshooting where possible
- Liaising with Local Area Coordinators, NDIS Providers, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and other providers / services for new business.
- Regular contact with clients or their family/nominees, outlining our services and solutions, tailored to the individual and their unique circumstances.

**Requirements**:

- Experience within NDIS and community services
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High level of problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
- Ability to build and sustain professional working relationships.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to be part of a team.

Key Performance Criteria:

- The ability to develop at least 8 new contacts per month.
- A conversion of 4-5 participants per month
- Develop an ongoing database of preferred sources and referrals.
- Weekly monitoring tool to record progress

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
