- Male or Female support worker required for immediate start in Mentone
- Ongoing shifts available (3 hours a week, flexible with day, possibly Wednesdays, but not Fridays to Sundays)

**Who We Are?**

We are now recruiting for a disability support worker with mental health experience, who can assist our client in Mentone with Mental health issues (Client has no behaviours of concerns). Client has depression and a previous history of substance abuse.

**Your Duties may Include (but not limited to)**
- Community access
- Developing strategies to keep her current job
- Independent living skills development support

About You:

- Must have mental health experience
- We require all our support workers to be reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals to provide quality care.
- Male or Female support worker with experience in dealing with clients with mental health issues.
- Ability to manage and deescalate anger outburst, provide guidance and support to manage conflicts.
- NDIS Screening check required
- CPR and first aid
- Driving licences
- Must have a car for transporting client for community access
- Must have Comprehensive vehicle insurance
- Able to commence work asap

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
