**The Role**
- Answering and directing telephone calls for the entire business
- Greeting internal and external visitors, making people feel welcome and attending to their needs.
- Booking travel, accommodation, pool cars and catering as required.
- Order and maintain stock of stationery, business cards and office supplies.
- Work closely with Senior Management and complete ad-hoc administration tasks.
- Support the Production / Graphics teams with document management tasks.
- International ordering and shipping support to procurement team.
- Data entry, SOP and CRM maintenance
- Stock receipting data entry
- Show a high-level working knowledge of MS Office.
- Have proven experience in a similar role.
- Be able to work effectively within a team consistently.
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
**Schedule**
- 7.30am - 4.00pm
- 8 hours
- Monday - Friday
