As part of collaborative human resources team your new role will be to provide commercially focused HR leadership that ensures effective delivery of both strategic and operational HR services across some key client groups. You will partner with highly respected business leaders through counselling, advice and coaching to deliver the full generalist remit. You will have a strong mentor from your direct manager, the Senior HR Manager and be involved in a number of HR initiatives whilst managing and executing core HR programs across your client groups.

You will be successful in this role if you can demonstrate:

- Significant experience as a HR generalist in a commercial environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build and leverage key relationships
- Confidence and well developed consulting and problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge of current employment legislation and examples of case management
- Experience in managing typical HR cycles
- Can do, proactive desire to provide exceptional service to your clients
