Based at our Gillman site, you will thrive in a hands-on environment, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as the broader Visy Logistics team. As a seasoned warehouse manager, you understand the critical importance of performing distribution activities safely, while ensuring that people and equipment are utilised efficiently. **What You Will do**:

- Lead safe and efficient warehouse operations in accordance with OH&S and company practices
- Drive proactive planning, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory to maximise warehouse capacity and utilisation
- Maintain high service levels and respond promptly to customer issues to minimise downtime
- Control costs with a strong focus on labour efficiency and workforce productivity
- Support budgeting processes and contribute to effective cost control
- Identify opportunities to grow the business to driver financial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support team development, performance, and succession planning

**What You Will Bring**:

- 5+ years of proven experience in in Warehouse and Distribution Management is essential
- Exceptional knowledge and understanding of HSE and COR requirements
- SAP, WMS & TMS knowledge highly regarded (Ramco experience is preferred)
- Passion for bringing out the best in team members and providing pathways for growth
- High level of organizational and time management demonstrating an ability to meet timelines
- Continuous improvement mindset to proactively problem solving with a solution focused approach
