**About the Role**

HillView Care is currently seeking **Casual Catering Attendants** to join our friendly and dedicated catering team. You’ll be assisting in all aspects of meal service and kitchen operations — helping to create a welcoming, home-like dining experience for our residents.

This is a **casual role**, offering flexibility and a variety of shifts across **both morning and afternoon rosters**, including **on-call availability**. You may be offered shifts at short notice, so being adaptable is key.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Serving Meals**: Deliver meals to residents, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met
- **Dining Room Setup**: Prepare the dining area before meal times with cutlery, crockery, and table settings
- **Dishwashing & Cleaning**: Keep the kitchen and dining area clean and hygienic; wash dishes and sanitize equipment
- **Customer Service**: Engage with residents in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner during meal times

**Requirements**:

- **Current National Police Check** (mandatory for employment)
- Previous experience in a kitchen or aged care setting _(preferred but not essential)_
- Availability for **on-call shifts**, including same-day call-ins
- **Own reliable transport**:

- Ability to provide **two work-related referees**:

- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Passion for customer service and resident care

**Skills & Attributes**
- A certificate in **Food Safety** is highly regarded
- Friendly, adaptable, and eager to learn
- A strong team player with great communication skills
- Compassionate and respectful towards older people
