Southern Cross Care (Qld) is a rapidly growing and developing, highly respected not-for-profit organisation, which provides Residential Aged Care, Community Care and Retirement Living services across Queensland.

We have exciting opportunities to join our Community Services Team on the Gold Coast as a
**Support Worker**
**, **assisting our Aged Care Clients who live in the community. These are
**Casual** positions with a variety of shifts across a 14 day roster.

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our Care Coordinators and within a Customer Directed Care (CDC) environment to provide care that is focused on individual needs and
- allows our clients to live their best lives_

- **For casual roles 25% loading applies to base rate**:

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care or equivalent (highly desirable)
- A current QLD Drivers Licence
- Exceptional people & interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and to manage your time effectively
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Own car to use for work with full comprehensive car insurance and current registration (documents showing currency required)
- Maintain all up to date COVID 19 and flu vaccinations
