**What You Will Be Doing**

We are seeking an enthusiastic Environmental Services Supervisor with sufficient cleaning experience to lead our fast paced environmental services based at the Frankston Campus

Key Responsibilities:

- Have experience leading and supervising a team of environmental staff
- Have relevant cleaning experience
- Have excellent cleaning and infection control skills
- Possess excellent attention to detail
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Have sound communication skills (written and verbal)
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Be able to work unsupervised but take direction
- Have experience in cleaning medical theatres
- Be able to plan and prioritise tasks
- Be understanding of infection control cleaning processes within a healthcare environment
- Have previous experience in a hospital environment

Essential Criteria:

- Exceptional customer service skills and to be able to work effectively as a team
- Experience leading and supervising a team of environmental staff
- Sound computer skills: includes skills and proficiencies utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint), as well as the utilization of specialized software programs rostering software i.e. Roster On

**Additional Requirements**
