**Description**:
As the Ecommerce Coordinator you will support the digital merchandising of our website to provide an optimised customer experience and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the updating and optimisation of the website homepage and site navigation
- Execute catalogue changeover and coordination of assets and promotions that align
- Manage the website content, including blogs, homepage, co-op, promotions, and campaigns
- Support the Digital Merchandiser to configure, maintain and optimise landing pages and digital content across the website to reduce bounce rate and drive sales
- Coordinate and execute publishing of blog content, plus support writing blog content as needed
- Optimise trade performance by reviewing analytics data to inform merchandising decisions & suggest ideas for improvement of digital experience
- Find opportunities to increase exposure and performance of key manual categories including - Reader’s Range, BookTok, page to screen, romance and manga
- Support website projects to drive SEO and technical improvements as required
- Collaborate with partner agency to test and launch personalisation and recommendation campaigns
- Check stock status and URLs in EDM proofs
- Review search data and utilise to create extra exposure of trending terms and improve conversion of terms where applicable
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Ecommerce and digital merchandising experience
- Blog creation experience & excellent writing skills
- Strong Communication & analytical skills
- Positive can-do attitude and be a team player
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Experience with HTML coding and Kentico CMS highly regarded
