**About the Job**:

- Regal Care is a purpose-driven Home Care Agency registered NDIS provider in Sydney.
- We support NDIS participants, Aged Care recipients, and private clients.

**Position Overview**:
Home Support Workers help our clients with:

- Personal care such as showering, grooming, or dressing.
- Social support with companionship or attending to the community for appointments or recreational activities.
- Capacity-building activities to assist with learning new skills or increasing independence.
- Domestic assistance such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, or light household cleaning and assistance.

**Requirements**:

- They would also need to commit to work arrangements required to attend to the physical, psychological, and social support needs of our clients. - we offer flexibility for work within school hours

**Home Support Workers are required to have**:

- National Police Check (Less than a year old).
- Driver’s License.
- Comprehensively insured, registered, and well-maintained car.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar discipline.
- (Aged Care, Disability, Home and Community Care, Personal Assistance).
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar role.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or Working with Children Check is advantageous.

**Remuneration**:

- Regal Care pays SCHADS award wages with the addition of generous bonuses pro rate to the jobs attended.
- Additionally, we provide paid induction and other training opportunities and offer permanent part-time positions to all employees when they complete an employment threshold with us.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated ability to perform tasks referred to in the position overview.
- Ability to meet compliance and qualification criteria referred to in requirements.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Availability to work at least three days a week.
- Registered, road-worthy, and insured vehicle.
- Must be available during Tuesday evening (5 pm-7 pm)
