Workfast is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Adelaide team.

  • $90k to $105k salary (based on experience)
  • Uncapped commissions OTE $200k+
  • $15k car allowance paid monthly

Ideal candidates will have a proven background and experienced within the blue collar recruitment sector but open to candidates with a civil, construction, rail, mining or manufacturing recruitment background.

Workfast provide recruitment solutions to some of the biggest Tier 1 construction, civil, rail, mining and infrastructure projects across Australia. As an innovative labour hire company we pride ourselves on the quality of the workers we send out and the efficiency in which we do this.

About you

  • At least 2 years experience in a recruitment position for Blue Collar roles
  • Proven experience of account managing multiple clients.
  • Ideally have 1-2 years Account Management experience
  • Proven track record with managing multiple roles
  • High proficiency in using LinkedIn, Seek, Seek talent and social media
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Willing team player who can work with our team to drive Workfast to further success
  • Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Full licence and own vehicle so that you can travel out to site

What you'll be doing

  • Recruitment for multiple roles
  • Account management
  • Communicating with clients to better understand their requirements
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Screening resumes, qualifications and experience of candidates
  • Interviewing potential candidates
  • Carrying out reference checks, organising medicals, training and inductions
  • Successfully mobilise staff to client sites
  • Maintain a database of candidates
  • Site check ins and visits for meetings and new starters
