**About RSPCA Victoria**
RSPCA Victoria is a non-government, community-based, not-for-profit organisation whose vision is ‘ending cruelty to all animals’. We are Victoria’s best-known and most respected animal welfare organisation and a Federation member of RSPCA.

**About the role**
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will collaborate with leaders and employees to develop and implement strategies that foster a positive workplace culture, boosting employee engagement, performance and wellbeing.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective people strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to employees and leaders on HR matters.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Stay up to date on employment legislation and deliver training to ensure compliance.
- Support the recruitment and selection process for leadership and critical roles.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of People & Culture policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager to achieve organisational objectives.
**Who we're looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in Business; Human Resources Management or relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience in HR and employee relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
- Skilled in influencing and gaining buy-in from stakeholders across the organisation for P&C initiatives, even in challenging situations.
