**About the Role**

Equans now have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to be located within our Audio-Visual business in Mulgrave, Victoria. This role will see you manage the AV stock and Warehouse, fleet management, warehouse employees, and warehouse reporting. If your passionate about Technology and everything AV then this is the role for you

**Responsibilities (however not limited to)**:

- Supervising warehouse employees and daily activities
- Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers - Organisation of delivery schedules
- Managing stock - packing, shipping, loading, and unloading of products and organising stock in the warehouse in a neat and clean manner
- Loading unloading both in the warehouse and on site
- Organizing and tracking returns
- Organising and maintain records of inventories up to date
- Operating pallet jack, walkie stacker, operating tools/accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse
- Integrating best practices in handling warehouse materials
- Organising of replacements when required
- Back up Warehouse Assistant / Delivery Driver when required
- Comply with Equans, your Entity and client HSE policies and procedures, including Equant’s Life Saving Rule principles, and take all reasonable steps to care for your own and that of other’s health and safety in the workplace
- Contribute to a culture where safety comes first in everything we do and that nothing we do is worth getting hurt for.

**Qualifications, skills & experience**
- Minimum 3-years’ experience in a similar leadership role
- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams
- Experience in AV or a genuine interest in Audio Visual
- Walkie Stacker forklift experience
- Construction induction card (preferred)
- Current Australian driver’s license
- MS Office (MS Teams, Word, and Excel etc
- Well-organised, methodical and a logical thinker
- Experience using EXO software (desirable) or ability to pick up new software quickly
- Well-organised, methodical and a logical thinker
- Good time management skills with a “can-do” attitude
- Strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
