**Your New Role**:
As our Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Warehouse Manager in overseeing our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the management of daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Supporting the implementation of inventory control strategies and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Aiding in leading and developing the warehouse team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborating in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Helping maintain compliance with health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.

**We Are Looking For**:

- A professional with a background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a supervisory role.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as required by the business.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
