**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The role of the TAFE teacher as a professional educator is to help, construct, guide and enhance the education process by delivering educational programs and facilitating learning, enabling students to achieve their desired outcomes and career goals. In this role you will share your industry knowledge and expertise with an engaged student cohort and will become part of a highly driven and successful team who work collaboratively to achieve students’ success. You may be required to be available for day/ night support to students undertaking their Business Administration studies in an online learning environment and requiring support with tutorial, webinar etc.

**ABOUT YOU**

You are passionate and motivated about sharing your extensive industry experience and skillset with students and are knowledgeable on current and upcoming trends and industry requirements in Business Administration. You are also closely involved with the Business Services Industry and maintain your industry connections.

**To be considered for the role you will have**:

- Certificate IV (or above) in Business or Business Administration or equivalent
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
- Minimum three years post qualification industry experience within the last five years, with atleast one year’s experience in an Australian workplace context
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining professional currency
- Comprehensive current knowledge of the industry with a strong understanding of current trends and diversity within the Vocational Education and Training sector
