**What this job involves**:
We've got an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join and support our highly successful ACT Leasing team

**A snapshot of the role**:
Run various meetings for the team - tracking actions, ensuring tacks are completed and executed within required timeframes
Prepare documents, presentations and administration duties on behalf of the team ensuring a good attention to detail
Book travel, accommodation and arrange itineraries
Preparation, execution and planning for marketing material and advertising

This role is all about your ability to take on true Team Assistant style challenges and tasks, involving quick thinking, problem solving and influencing both internally and externally.

Equally, you will be highly organised and have the ability to manage competing demands and changing priorities within stringent timelines. Team this with your ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions when required; you will be guaranteed success in this role
Previous experience providing high level support
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
