**Your Role**

As a Shift Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of our restaurant during your shift. You’ll ensure that operations run like a well-oiled machine while inspiring your team to deliver the signature Wendy's experience that keeps customers coming back for more.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate team members to provide top-notch service and maintain peak operational efficiency.
- Keep the restaurant clean, organised, and fully stocked, setting the standard for a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage POS duties and oversee front and back-of-house functions, including opening and closing procedures.
- Promote effective communication among the team to ensure everyone is on the same page and working together.
- Assist the General Manager with scheduling to ensure we’re always ready to serve our customers.
- Handle cash accountability reports accurately and efficiently during your shift.
- Oversee break rotations and delegate tasks smoothly during both busy and quieter times.
- Collaborate with management to execute sales promotions with flair and effectiveness.
- Train and guide team members to follow our Standard Operating Procedures and deliver exceptional service.
- Champion safe work practices, reporting any hazards to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
- Tackle customer concerns head-on, ensuring satisfaction and a memorable experience.
- Keep the General Manager informed about any significant issues that arise during your shift.
- Take on additional duties as needed.
