As a leader at Yo-Chi, you'll be the heartbeat of the venue, making sure everything runs smoothly, customers leave smiling, and our team stays energised and motivated. What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead by example and deliver unforgettable customer experiences.
  • Keep the energy up and ensure the venue is running like clockwork.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory and stock management.
  • Train, develop, and support a motivated, high-performing team.
  • Manage key metrics including labour, COGs, and venue performance.
  • Take ownership of venue P&L.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experienced leaders from hospitality or retail (bonus points for QSR experience).
  • People-focused and team-oriented leader who loves building great teams and creating a welcoming vibe.
