**About the role**:
The Consultant, Talent Management operates as part of Executive and Strategic Projects team within the Workforce Management Directorate. The directorate is responsible for developing the capabilities of employees across the organisation and for understanding workforce needs.

The Consultant, Talent Management is responsible for implementing strategies to attract, engage and develop emerging leadership talent across schools and preschools. The Consultant delivers programs that identify and assess employees with the capability and potential for leadership. In addition, the Consultant facilitates individual development to prepare and accelerate their readiness for leadership.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**: Nil.

**Desirable**: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Human Resources or Organisational Psychology.

**Special conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO6 $98,478 - $104,165 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading
