Warehouse Support Assistant

**About the role**

This role is based in the Keysborough Warehouse and covers the inwards goods, inventory and dispatch of all orders in and out of our Warehouse, and other external 3PL storage locations. You will be supporting the Warehouse Coordinator with administration duties & requires effective communication and working relationships with the assembly, planning, procurement, finance, customer service and technical teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing all administration tasks for inventory control coming in from the inwards goods area including imports from China, Hong Kong, local suppliers
- Being in charge of the administration of inventory transactions (stock movements, adjustments, manufacturing processes) in the warehouse and from production
- Supporting the prioritization of customer orders (Export, local trucks) dispatching from the site on time in full
- Running reports for the warehouse coordinator and providing notification of delays to customer service.

**Skills & Experience**

We are looking for a motivated and proactive team player, who is able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. You will also bring to this role your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A previous experience in a warehousing environment would be highly regarded.

Other key skills and experience include:

- Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Computer literate
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer focused
- Previous experience using SAP would be ideal
