**About the role**:
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Client Services Officer will be responsible for supporting and liaising with the Service Delivery team including the Client, Underwriting, and Risk departments with their daily operations enhancing systems and processes.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Deliver administrative support to the Client, Underwriting, and Risk departments ensuring all data records are maintained in an accurate and timely manner;
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders;
- Collaborate client issues and concerns with internal key stakeholders ensuring business opportunities are addressed; AND
- Liaise with the team’s documentation and progression of Client Services systems and procedures for continuous improvement in the business.

**Technical Skills & Qualifications required include**:

- Proven track record in administration ideally within insurance or financial services;
- Solid attention to detail for accurate data processing;
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a continuous improvement mindset; AND
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
