**About the Company**:

**About the role**:
You will be engaging with internal and external stakeholders on all complaint's relevant matters, ensuring all high-risk and complex complaints are escalated.
- Utilising statutory provisions to request information necessary to process complaints and prepare complaints documentation
- Manage and resolve a caseload of routine complaints
- Monitor incoming complaints and escalate where appropriate
- Support education and training programs in relation to the effective handling of complaints to inform and educate stakeholders

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a regulatory environment
- Relevant experience in dispute resolution, mediation or conciliation
- Ideally experience working in a social service portfolio
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Strong administration and communication skills

**Benefits**:

- $44 - $55 per hour + super + full time hours for 6 months
- Hybrid working - Work from Home and Office
