Full - Time Position - Lady Banks Rooftop Bar
Lady Banks is Sydney's largest rooftop bar, which is a multi-seasonal sanctuary inspired by its horizon. This chic relaxed and sophisticated bar is the perfect space whether it be for a social gathering, after work drinks or for a special event. Lady Banks is the perfect spot to enjoy drinks and some tapas, with 360-degree views of Sydney. To complete these amazing offerings, we are currently on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant and/or Venue Manager to lead the Lady Banks team and operations.

This role will be pivotal in the operations and of the Lady Banks Rooftop bar, ensuring the delivery of exemplary guest experiences and assisting in establishing the right vibe and energy for the rooftop bar.

**The Role**:
This role will be predominantly responsible for driving business performance, managing day to day restaurant/bar operations as well as delivering high service standards. Other elements of the role will include;
- Build, develop and lead the team
- Ensuring the smooth operation of operations and events
- Create a premium dining experience for guests
- Seasonal menu creation and transferring knowledge to staff
- Manage inventory/stock control
- Create front of house rosters whilst liaising with the rostering team to ensure rosters meet service requirements and are efficient.
- Providing support, leadership and overseeing staff performance
- Working with relevant chef/s to develop new food and beverage offerings
- Support recruitment in the hiring process for Cornerstone Café
- Monitoring and keeping track of service complaints and feedback from customers to ensure satisfaction with both food and service
- Ensuring health and food safety standards and regulations are followed, as well as the Clubs industry standards

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous Management and or Supervisor experience within the Hospitality industry
- Proven experience operating in a fast-paced, high volume service environment.
- 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar role
- Broad product knowledge and menu creation
- Passion and strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service and immaculate grooming
