**What You’ll Be Doing**
As a Trading Cadet, you’ll rotate across various areas of the business, including:

- **Operations**: Learn how scrap is received, processed, and prepared for trade.
- **Trading & Customer Relations**: Develop expertise in buying, selling, and trading metals, managing customer portfolios, and growing your sales skills.
- **Transport & Weighbridge**:Dive into the logistics side of the business, understanding how we move materials and manage weights for trading accuracy.
- **Finance & Admin**: Gain insight into the financial side, supporting trading decisions and understanding the administrative backbone of the business.
- **Safety & Sustainability**: Ensure every task aligns with safety and environmental practices, key to everything we do.
