Ayme Staffing are currently partnering with a Leading Real Estate who are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team based in Lithgow.

**Position Overview**:
As the Property Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, including ingoing and routine inspections, managing maintenance repairs, lease renewals, rent reviews and providing a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to relocate to the Lithgow region and take on an existing portfolio of properties, or a great opportunity for a Property Officer who is looking to take the next step in their Career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties in Lithgow, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
- Conducting property inspections and coordinating necessary maintenance and repairs.
- Handling tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintaining thorough records of property-related activities, including leases, inspections, and maintenance requests.
- Staying informed about local rental market trends and regulations to effectively advise clients and ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a property officer or property manager.
- Current holder of a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial leasing laws and regulations in New South Wales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
