My client is a dynamic, innovative and highly skilled ground engineering and civil construction company, who are engaged with a wide range of projects from major infrastructure through to residential and commercial construction, throughout Australia. They relish the challenges of being involved with more complex projects and support this through their in-house design and engineering teams.

**About you**:

- **IRATA 3 qualification would be very welcome but not mandatory**:

- **Strong leadership, team building and stakeholder management skills**:

- **Understands the risks of working at heights (not limited to ropes) and has proven experience in this field**:

- **Responsible for the efficient and effective coordination and supervision of construction activities**:

- **Sound working knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation**:

- **Construction Industry Induction Card**:

- **Driver’s licence. Dogging licence-would be advantageous**:

- **Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol and pre-employment medical**:

- **First Aid Certificate or willingness to complete**

**The Role**:

- **Adherence to Integrated Management System (IMS)**:

- **Drilling, steel fixing and rope works**:

- **Training and performing aerial rescues**:

- **Experience operating piling and/or drilling rigs**:

- **High risk C6 licence**:

- **Assess and control risk**:

- **Responsible for inventory and stock takes on site**
