GO2 Health is a rapidly growing integrated healthcare clinic located in Everton Park, Queensland. We are preparing to move to our new purpose built state of the art facility in January 2021 and need to expand our team.

The clinic comprises of GPs, nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, acupuncturists, dietetics, exercise physiologists, remedial massage therapists, naturopathy and an awesome administration team.

We are currently looking for another vibrant, motivated, well organised and experienced medical receptionist to grow our well-established and supportive team on a part time basis. This position would suit a dedicated medical receptionist with flexibility, including evenings and Saturdays. Some out of hours work is also required, including team meetings and training.

Essential criteria:

- Past experience as a medical receptionist in fast-paced medical centres
- Current working experience with **_Best Practice Software_**
- Critical attention to detail in processing billing, and maintaining accounts
- Outstanding customer service in a caring professional manner
- Caring and confident approach
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask - prioritising patient care
- Strong commitment to protecting patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Professional presentation and demeanour
