**RFH: Maternity Leave Cover**

**3 months contract**

Team: Globally distributed team of 16, working on making the design organisation and design teams more efficient and effective. Will be working the team of 10 design mangers. Work within centralized design operations team of 16.

As a Design Ops Practices Lead, you will establish processes and practices to scale the effectiveness and value of designers and design teams. You will help the DesignOps team establish feedback and learning loops, design and implement our long-term strategy to enable improved experience quality, and measure outcomes.

**Experience**:

- ** At least 7-10 years in design, design operations, design program management, or a similar role.**:

- You have strong foundational understanding of the design practices and methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
- You are comfortable leading several programs of work and managing multiple stakeholder expectations and dependencies.
- You've worked collaboratively within and across teams, influencing to drive not just tactical execution but also larger strategy.
- ** Experience working in a SaaS or a Tech company will be viewed as highly desirable.**
