- You'll collaborate closely with the executive leadership team and engage with key stakeholders worldwide.
- To be successful, a minimum of 3 years' experience in consulting, advisory, or corporate strategy is required, demonstrating robust skills in structured problem-solving, research, and data analysis.
- **Primary Duties**:

- Critically analyse data and third-party research reports, considering the impact on strategy.
- Monitor industry developments, economic drivers, and competitor activity relevant to investment and strategic growth decisions.
- Deliver reports to leadership on market trends, project data, and competitors for strategic insights.
- Communicate data clearly to key stakeholders, including investor presentations.
- Assist in the preparation and facilitation of regional and global strategy development workshops.
- Gather and analyse client feedback to inform strategy and improvement actions, including annual analysis and reporting.
- Stay updated on regulations and incentives to support business growth in target regions and assist in strategy development to leverage them (e.g. tax incentives and grants related to critical minerals / decarbonisation.

**Who are you?**
- Tertiary qualified in business, economics, engineering, finance/commerce, or related disciplines.
- Previous experience in the mining or mineral processing industry will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of Power BI, capable of creating clear and compelling, data-driven analyses and presentations.
- Strong analytical, research, and service improvement skills.
- Ability to collaborate with key business stakeholders to assess decisions driving business growth.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
