**About the Role**

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Assistant Store Manager**to join the team at our **Sheridan Casula Outlet.**

This is a **30.5 hr part time** position requiring availability across a **Tuesday**through **Saturday** roster pattern.
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
- Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling
- Maintain store operations including stock management and VM
- Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal
