**About the opportunity**
The Internal Communications Officer will support the provision of best practice employee communication advice and assist with delivering internal communications campaigns. Key initiatives include the eHealth NSW Business Plan, organisational culture, employee wellbeing and engagement plus other internal staff initiatives.
The role will assist with implementing internal communication activities in line with the eHealth NSW brand guidelines and strategic business plan across multiple channels and campaign areas including supporting internal events and intranet content publishing.
As an integral member of the Organisational Communications team, you will:
- Produce high quality written content, video and other assets for eHealth NSW corporate and internal communication channels.
- Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders through effective communication, negotiation and issue management whilst keeping abreast of business initiatives and priorities.
- Assist in the maintenance of the staff intranet, prepare and distribute internal eDMs and produce content to support communication strategies and project deliverables.
- Provide evaluation, analysis and reporting of internal communication campaign performance to inform continuous improvement and future strategies.
- Support workflow management, scheduling and job allocation for Communication Services.

**About you**
The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you are:
- Experience providing advice and supporting communications campaigns delivery in a complex/diverse service industry organisation.
- Ability to contribute to communication strategies/plans and coordinate communication channels as part of a busy communications team.
- Experience producing a range of written, visual and broadcast communications resources across a range of traditional and digital communication channels.
- Organisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
