THE ROLE

Working within the Property and Portfolio Management Unit, the Principal Property and Data Analyst will lead the development and analysis of the Homes Victoria supply and demand modelling across the portfolio and redevelopment programs.

The role operates within a dynamic environment and requires a capacity to analyze and dissect tenancy and property data to assist with informed, strategic decision making across projects. The role further requires project delivery within set timeframes and budgets, exercise sound judgement and develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Lead the development of Homes Victoria's housing supply and demand analysis and modelling including the development of useable tools to support the business making informed, strategic investment decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies that maximise the utilisation of Homes Victoria's property portfolio and support Government and community outcomes across the social housing sector.
- Provide strategic thinking, future planning and support change management initiatives and integrated approaches to enhance compliance with department-wide policies
