**About Our Client**:
Grains Research & Development Corporation (GRDC) invests in RD&E to create enduring profitability for the Australian grains industry. These investments drive the discovery, development, and delivery of world-class innovation.

The purpose of this role is to professionally represent GRDC as the first point of contact for external stakeholders and provide administrative support to the GRDC Business Groups, GRDC Panel members and Panel meetings.
- Assist the Senior Regional Manager with all administrative tasks that contribute to the effective running of panel meetings, including panel claims, payment of related invoices, catering, and logistics.
- Collate Panel Meeting agenda items and agenda papers and organise their distribution to relevant individuals prior to meetings.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and transcribe these in appropriate format.
- Organise and coordinate Panel meetings as necessary including booking of relevant travel for Panel members.
- Provide general administrative support to the office which may include reception, mailbox management, event coordination, facilities management coordination, ordering and management of supplies, processing invoices and providing ad-hoc support as required.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Experience in similar high-level administrative support role
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with an ability to liaise professionally with various levels of senior and executive management.
- Previous experience in positively managing client issues / relationships.
- Must be proactive and mature in their approach to work.
- Be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
