**Supervisor - Civil Projects, Utilities / Roads**

**About the company**: The company are a well established and highly reputable civil contractor within the Sydney Civil Market. Their project pipeline includes exciting and diverse opportunities in a broad range of works including TfNSW projects, large scale utility projects, earthworks and various civil works in roads and drainage. They are well regarded for their work-life balance as well as their investment in both their employees and equipment.

**About the Role**: The Company are seeking Supervisors with Civil Construction experience who can hit the ground running. You will be making real contributions to project success by showing the ability to effectively liaise with clients when required and successfully manage multiple crews.

**Duties**:

- Oversee the correct day-to-day operation of work crews
- Liaise with crews and clients to achieve key results
- Schedule and Organise work crews
- Organize the measuring and purchase of materials as required
- Display and influence safe work culture
- General supervision of site works, including subcontractor supervision
- Plan for future works requirements
- Effectively communicate site specs and WH&S requirements
- Conduct SWMS and pre-start requirements

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven Civil Industry experience
- Strong history of quality completion of works
- Experience in relevant civil projects
- Strong history of managing sub-contractors to deliver projects on time
- Previous client engagement experience
- Good communication skills
- Effective problem solving and organization skills
