You will:

- Lead and manage all day-to-day transport operations across Victoria, ensuring safety, service, and compliance standards are consistently met.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve network performance, optimise vehicle utilisation, and enhance driver capability.
- Collaborate across the network to deliver integrated, end-to-end operational solutions.
- Manage budgets effectively, identifying cost savings and network improvements in line with corporate goals.
- Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and customer-centricity across all teams.
- Lead, develop, and support your team to deliver high performance, continuous improvement, and career growth.

**About you**
