**THE ORGANISATION**:
Our client is a modern, global, research-intensive university, delivering education and research excellence.
**THE ROLE**:
Working within the Student Residential Services Unit, you will provide a range of professional and high-quality administrative services to support the Manager of Residential Services Off-Campus Accommodation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide timely guidance and support to staff, clients and stakeholders in relation to Off-Campus Accommodation services
- Provide high-level customer service and advice to students with queries about rental properties
- Maintain prompt issue resolution and adherence to privacy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements
- Deliver a range of effective administrative tasks
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
- Administration experience with the ability to deliver effective operational processes
- Real Estate experience is preferred with knowledge of the current market
- Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team
- Demonstrated organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Highly developed computer literacy, proficient with Microsoft Office.
