Our state of the art club are your go-to location for work, rest and play. Inside you’ll find purpose-built spaces for Boxing, Reformer Pilates, Yoga and Grid Training (HIIT), a rock climbing wall, swimming pool, spa, sauna plus a gym with strength, cardio and functional training zones. We’ve also catered for your post-workout-self, with luxury changeroom amenities including Dyson Supersonic hairdryers, ghd® straighteners and Apelles products. It’s the experience your workout deserves. We are currently recruiting for our Sydney clubs and have opportunities at Bligh St, Margaret St, Bondi Junction, Frenchs Forest and St Leonards.

**The gig**:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll sell fitness memberships to people from all walks of life. You’ll be empowered to get creative in your sales strategies
- In a nutshell: _
- You’ll understand each prospect’s objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes to form a genuine and long-term relationship with them
- You’ll include a mix of prospect calling, retention calling, lead generation, external activations and follow-up in your sales strategy.
- You’ll provide members with relevant solutions and recommendations to re-engage them and improve the overall volume of sales
- You’ll be empowered to manage your own time and can be counted on to reach targets. And you’ll get weekly product and selling training to ensure you optimise your sales.

**All about you**:

- You’re passionate about fitness, patient, level-headed and cool under pressure with relevant customer service experience.
- You’re comfortable on the phones, get a kick out of hitting and exceeding targets and always look for new ways to generate business.
- You‘re comfortable communicating at all levels. You’re curious and love to learn about people so that you can come up with prescriptive solutions to kick start their fitness journey.
- You’re a team player. You love voicing ideas with your teammates. People can count on you to offer a helping hand.
- You may have some corporate sector experience. A+ for you.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
