**Job Description**:
Subject matter expert, content owner and front-line champion in Region for the upgrade to IFS Cloud process. Taking customers on IFS' legacy solutions and working with our customer facing functions to smoothly navigate the upgrade process to IFS Cloud.

The enterprise technology industry continues to develop at an ever-increasing pace. “Software” vendors are no longer selling products and licenses, they’re selling an experience, outcomes for businesses, specific sets of value and they need to ensure they provide the expected customer experience.

The IFS Cloud Momentum Upgrades Champion will take full responsibility for their Region to coach, mentor and guide sales and the services sales support teams, which requires:

- Oversee the roll-out of Momentum in Region
- Capable of directing and coaching services sales cases, with hands-on solutioning and commercial decision-making acumen
- Key partner to the presales teams
- Roll-out world-class offerings that unlock clear, specific and measurable value for our customers
- Proactively publishing a Regional release plan (with clear timelines and deliverables in line with IFS Cloud release cadence)
- Super user for in Region challenges with the upgrade process
- Ensure documentation and standards are rolled-out in Region
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and the wider GCS org to ensure that all offerings are cohesive and fulfil the lifecycle strategy that we are executing
- Provide simple and clear content to effectively enable the sales and delivery orgs including marketing collateral
- Must solicit and incorporate feedback from all key internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications**:
The IFS Cloud Momentum Upgrades Champion is a deep expert in their field operating at Senior level or above within a customer value generating role. They must be able to demonstrate:

- Deep and practical knowledge of the IFS upgrade process, ideally with hands-on experience of upgrading to IFS Cloud
- Able to navigate and problem solve practical issues in sales and delivery concerning the upgrade process
- Business context and a true understanding of customer value through the lifecycle
- Strategically minded and creative in the ways that the services can unlock value
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how we take service offerings to market e.g. definition, estimation, calculation, service descriptions and Menu Cards
- Confidence when engaging and positioning high-value offerings with customers
- Confidence and competence when working in a matrix organization, being able to deliver results independently as well as collaboratively
- Quality and attention to detail
- Relevant Customer facing and commercial experience in the enterprise software industry
- Varied roles in the relevant field
- Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of key industry trends in their chosen field

Essential:
English native level language and/or English Language qualification

Desirable:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Industry Qualifications
- A good understanding of IFS standard methodologies and practices
- Practical usage of essential tools such as Scope Tool and the DBVA
- Outstanding leadership qualities
