The Head of Analytics, Forecasting and Stress Testing, is responsible for end to end Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting and stress testing processes for HSBC Australia. Supporting analytics for the business, proactively seeking and shaping value-generating opportunities, driving initiatives to completion and holding stakeholders accountable for execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Takes ownership of the coordination, review and challenge of the AOP, forecasting process and all stress testing activities including APRA industry wide stress testing, enterprise wide stress testing, portfolio specific and reverse stress testing.
- Developing bespoke analytics to support decision making and drive value
- Analysing internal and external data to uncover trends, patterns, and root-cause relationships between different impact factors and support value identification
- Providing commentary on model outputs and translating key findings, and external trends into business actions to optimise value.
- Collaborating as an active member of the agile team which delivers value for the business.
- Driving data exploration to support decision-making and guiding Finance Analytics team
- Collaborate and drive change with peers and stakeholders, keeping pace with evolving business priorities and external market trends
