**Join us as a Principal Data Analyst (AO7) and help improve access to justice for vulnerable Queenslanders.

You'll be part of the Legal Assistance Strategy and Funding team, supporting investment decisions that ensure legal services are responsive, effective, and aligned with community needs.

This is an opportunity to use your data skills to influence strategic direction, inform funding priorities, and strengthen service delivery through evidence and collaboration.

What you'll do
- Lead data analysis and transformation activities to support investment and commissioning strategies.
- Develop evidence-based insights and recommendations to guide funding and program decisions.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners across the legal assistance sector and government.
- Contribute to the delivery of national legal assistance data strategies and performance frameworks.
- Build team capability in data analytics, tools, and modelling techniques.
- Support the implementation and refinement of strategy and service delivery models through data.
