**Introduction**:
Regis Resources is an ASX-listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team and a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations. Regis is a purely Australian gold miner with operations in Western Australia and New South Wales.

The current mine site locations are in the WA Goldfields region with multiple mining operations (both open pit and underground) as well as a number of satellite pits. This is an opportunity to join a high performing team, working collaboratively towards a future production profile of up to half a million oz. of gold annually.

**Description**:
The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Project Superintendent to lead and coordinate all aspects of procurement, project controls and construction at our underground operations at Duketon South. Reporting to the UG Mine Manager, the role will ensure work is completed safely, according to design, on time and on budget by the effective utilisation of human, technical and financial resources including outsourcing and coordination of construction service providers.

This is a site based role, working on an 8:6 FIFO roster (ex-Perth).

About the Role

Managing capital and improvement projects at Duketon South underground;
Support operational troubleshooting on plant and equipment issues;
Provide assistance with annual site maintenance budgets;
Liaise with the service providers, consultant and contractors to maintain relationships and ensure highest standards are maintained.
Develop strategies, priorities, programs, forecasts and budgets relating to project requirements;

Ensure that project activities and expenditures are maintained in line with agreed strategies, priorities, programmes and budgets.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

Engineering degree or equivalent mining accreditations;
Significant experience in a similar Superintendent level role, within the mining sector.
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience;
Competent user of Microsoft office suite (particularly Word and Excel) and mining software (e.g. Surpac);
Substantial knowledge of local contractors, suppliers, commercial partners and their capabilities; and
WA Drivers licence (manual).
