Overview

Due to business growth, Monadelphous is seeking an experienced and motivated site-based Structural Integrity Superintendent to support Coastal & West Pilbara operations based in Cape Lambert. You will support a long-term program of works across Coastal Sites in the Pilbara leading a multi-disciplinary rostered core crew and managing the weekly and quarterly shutdown activities. This role is FIFO from Perth and will be on an 8:6 roster to support and be a bench strength to the existing Project Manager/Manager/Superintendent team.

What you’ll bring

- 3-5 years of Shutdown Superintendent or in a Structural Integrity experience
- Previous experience in Fixed Plant Shutdowns - highly desirable
- Rio Tinto inducted – highly desirable
- Trade background – boilermaker, mechanical fitter
- Dedication to the safety, well-being and future development of your team
- Strong computer skills, able to use Word and Excel
- Prepare work reports and job instructions
- Sound Planning skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proof of right to work in Australia
