**Business Development**:
- Using creative and innovative methods to attract and develop the clientele base.
- Strong customer focus skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Creative marketing tactics as business development initiatives that attract and support intake of clients.
**Compliance**:
- Regulation of the organisations policies and practices in line with the NDIS Act 2013.
- Ensuring timely and accurate compliance advice where needed in the core functions of the organisation including Human Resources, Finance, Operations, Behaviour Support and Support Coordination.
- Identify opportunities for continuous development and improvement of the organisation in relation to best practice.
- Safeguard the participants and organisation against potential conflicts of interest.
- Provide sound judgements and conduct research to alleviate any potential risks.
- Implement innovative solutions to guarantee regulated service provision to our participants.
- Working with the director to comply with any new quality and safeguarding requirements.
- Implementation of risk management strategies in response to perceived breaches of regulations or requirements.
- Provide comprehensive compliance responses and reports with action plans to rectify directives of the commissioner.
- Receiving and following up on all No Limits Community Services referrals for NDIS supports and
- liaising with relevant internal parties to determine capacity for required support and service delivery
**Eligibility**:
- NDIS worker screening clearance (can get upon employment)
- Police Check
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 8 per week
**Salary**: From $10.00 per year
