Manager, Product, Distribution and Marketing

We are looking for a talented and experienced Manager, Product, Distribution and Marketing Compliance to play a critical role in ensuring that our global activities are fully compliant with regulations. As a senior member of the Regulatory Affairs and Compliance team, you will lead the compliance team for our product and marketing-related activities, and will provide timely and commercial advice on our international distribution-related activities.
This senior-level role requires extensive cross-border experience in the marketing and distribution of investment funds and products (preferably relating to private funds and alternatives). You will ideally have a degree in Law and/or be legally qualified, with a strong understanding of laws and regulations and industry best practices for the cross border distribution of investment funds and products. As a highly-motivated individual, you will have excellent team leadership skills, outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional training, verbal and written communication skills.
You will liaise with domestic and foreign legal counsel and regulators, stay updated on regulations impacting marketing and distribution activities, and provide training and advice to the business. You will develop and maintain effective controls, systems and records to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and produce data analytics and reports on compliance activities related to product, distribution, and marketing.
