**Your new company**
Your new company has been Australian owned and operated for over 100 years and is now exporting to 35 countries while still holding a 50% market share in Australia. They have now partnered with Hays to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Distribution Manager located in their QLD Warehouse.
**Your new role**
In your new role as a Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound goods to dispatch
- Managing a team of up to 10 workers
- Ensure the warehouse is running efficiently
- Maintaining correct inventory levels to ensure all orders are being met
- Supervising the transport of goods
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a warehouse / operations manager
- Proven experience of managing a team of 5+ people
- Experience with managing and booking transportation of goods
