**About The Role**:
The HR Support Officer plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality human resource support services, particularly focusing on recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employment relations. Key responsibilities include managing the administration of the Council's Alcohol and Other Drugs Program and providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring efficient due diligence activities for timely hiring.

**Who We're Looking For**:
We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong background in human resources and a proven ability to manage administrative tasks effectively.
- Significant experience in a similar role, showcasing relevant HR knowledge.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-directed with strong problem-solving, research, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage HR systems administration effectively.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise and meet deadlines.

**Join our Team and Grow with Us**:

- **Interview date**:Interviews will be facilitated week commencing Monday 20 October 2025.
- **Package**:$78,717 - $83,439 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
- **Hours of work**:Temporary Full Time. Opportunity expected to be available until end of June 2026. You will have the option of a 19-day month through Council’s flex system.
