**About Us**:
Our mission is to make food from all cultures accessible and affordable for everyone. While we currently focus on Asian products, we are planning to expand our categories to include foods from around the world, becoming a gateway to global cuisine. We see great potential in establishing an international grocery chain and are seeking an experienced manager to help us set retail standards and expand our business into a successful network of grocery stores. **Employment Details**
- Location: Dockland and Point cook
- Type: Full-time (including weekends, flexible hours may be required).
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all store operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Maintain inventory control and place orders as needed to ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor sales, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Communicate and report to the head office regularly.
- Resolve on-site challenges and make real-time decisions to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **At least 2 years of experience managing a grocery store or supermarket.**:

- Proven experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Strong inventory management skills and sales target experience.
- Passion for customer service and hands-on management style.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- A strong interest in or knowledge of Asian culture is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Basic skills in sales analysis and reporting.
- Experience in visual merchandising and promotions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
