DESIGNER - Sleep | Bras N Things | Pyrmont
We are looking for an experienced Designer to join the Bras N Things design team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your already outstanding design career where you will be instrumental in driving key looks and contributing to the creative direction. Specifically, you will be working on designing the Bras N Things Sleep category which is one of our key growth areas. The range has a strong handwriting and requires a strong sense of colour, artistic sensibility and print aesthetic.
**Key responsibilities include**:
Creating and executing design concepts with a focus on colour and print direction
Hands on design with a key focus on fabric and appropriate block selection
Collaborating and developing strong relationships with cross functional teams
Ability to conduct product presentations
**Essential for your success is**:
Proven track record in similar design roles, 3-5 + years' experience at Designer level or Senior Design Assistant level
An innovative and creative approach to design
Inspirational team leadership capability
An ability to work quickly and deliver a high output - the pace across the design team is fast and you must be comfortable operating in a busy and fast-moving environment
Proven experience in the fashion industry
An ability to drive design projects from concept through to execution.
