We are looking for an experienced Designer to join our BONDS Men's Underwear team. This is a rare opportunity to work in a category experiencing growth.
Reporting to the Head Designer you will implement and execute seasonal assortment plans and design briefs. Your focus is ensuring the Bonds brand is considered first, with the product ranges built around the brand aesthetic. The underwear component is a highly colour and print driven role - expect to be kept very busy Whilst smaller, the sleepwear component of the role is a key part of the role, and is very trend-focused requiring a real eye for fit.
There is an administrative component to the role so you must be comfortable getting into the detail and maintaining our files and updating systems. But there is dedicated time spent focusing on design and thinking about the white space opportunities, making this role dynamic, creative and pretty excitingThe design team are highly collaborative and enjoy workshopping together in an open forum which has been central to the brands success.

**Essential for your success is**:

- Proven track record in similar design roles - 2 to 3+ years' experience at Designer level or Senior Design Assistant level
- An innovative and creative approach to design
- Passionate about the category and a love for the men's category
- An ability to work quickly and delivering a high output - the pace across the design team is fast and you must be comfortable operating in a busy and fast-moving environment
- Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across various teams.
- Knowledge and understanding of knitting, yarns and fibres will be highly advantageous
- An ability to drive design projects from concept through to execution.
- Experience with illustrator and photoshop is required
