**Job Description**:
As the Pricing Manager for Linear TV and Radio, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the pricing strategy across each of the various TV channels and Radio stations. You will provide key audience insights which form the foundation of the pricing.
- Liaise with the inventory management team to understand real time supply and demand patterns.
- Recommend and maintain the pricing for each of Nine’s MTV channels.
- Build detailed commercial models to validate pricing recommendations across a range of sports and general entertainment products.
- Be the key point of contact for agency stakeholders.
- Distribute rate cards to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with your RTV counterpart to ensure the connection with MTV pricing.
- Build and maintain pricing tools such as Saturn & TVmap templates for the broader sales teams.
- Liaise closely with and support the sales teams understanding of the trading dynamics required through the year.
- Work closely with the head of pricing to develop a market leading cpm pricing model across various channels.
- Provide regular reporting on audience and demand trends with recommendations on how best to align and adapt pricing strategies.
- Work closely with the commerce analyst role to implement the recommended pricing strategies

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- 3 years+ experience in media related environment
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Have a meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prepare and present pricing trends and insights at a strategic and tactical level
- Proven problem solving skills with a solution focused mindset
- Well-developed interpersonal and people management skills
- Ability to collaborate efficiently and effectively with diverse stakeholders
- The ability to foster and maintain a constructive and positive working environment
- Confident, self-motivated and demonstrates initiative
- Highly developed and effective written and oral communication skills
- Able to work well in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Intermediate / Advanced excel skills

**Desirable**
- An appropriate tertiary qualification in Research, Statistics or related discipline.
- Skills in the use of advanced analytic techniques against very large, diverse data sets
